A unique Art Fair
In 2023, This Art Foundation will also give a physical stage to artists who graduated during the corona pandemic. For them we are organising the one-off Springboard Art Fair from 8 to 11 June 2023 in the Werkspoorkathedraal in Utrecht.

From 3 till 31 March, artists can make a profile on The Pool. Out of all profiles 25 coaches select the participants of the fair. The selected artists are supervised by these coaches, amongst them curators, renowned artists and gallery owners.

All participants have graduated in 2019, 2020 or 2021. Participants either graduated from a Dutch art academy or post-academic institution in the Netherlands or hold Dutch nationality and graduated abroad.
Springboard aims to present a diverse field of participants in all respects; Artists work in different media and themes, and from diverse (cultural) backgrounds.

Springboard’s design concept is developed by the renowned Tom Postma Design. Within their flexible framework artists and their coach develop their own presentation. From a traditional solo booth to a curated group show or a wall-free area for sculptures: it is up to you!
As artists determine what their exhibition presentation will look like, Springboard will not have the feeling of a conventional art fair, but a dynamic exhibition. Also, artists themselves decide on the content of their presentation.

From 3 until 31 March artists can make your profile on The Pool. Our coaches will select participants from 1 April. By 12 April we will notify all artists of their participation.
As a participant you are expected to be present at the fair during all four fair days, 8 – 11 June 2023.
All sales and revenues from the fair are for the artists. Coaches or Springboard receive no share. In addition, all participants of Springboard receive a fee of €200,- ex VAT to cover (part of) their expenses.
